Throughout September we celebrate the virtue of inclusivity. At St. Thomas Aquinas School, we practice inclusivity when we include others and welcome everyone to be a part of our activities, our discussions and our lives.  Jesus welcomed all people and invited them to follow him.  This month we work to remember and practice ways that we can include others in our learning and play inside and outside of the classroom.

    Kindergarten Information Nights: Thursday, January 26, 2017 at St. Martin's School located at 100-115 W. Mary Street - 7:00pm


    Upward Bound Program: The Upward Bound Tutoring program is beginning on November 7, 2016. Children in grades 3-6 are encouraged to register and attend. Please contact Ms. Hansen at 577-1835 or see Forms and Letters for a copy of the registration form. Note: Starts up again on January 9, 2017

    Parent Council Meeting: Our next meeting will be held on Monday, January 16, 2017 at 6:30 pm in our school library. 

    Next Professional Activity Day (no school): Friday, January 27, 2017.

    Exciting News! TVO kids in Toronto are looking to find awesome kids in Thunder Bay! TVO kids are looking for kids aged 7-11 for the TV shows I CAN and Super Citizens! If you are interested, please click on the following links.

    I CAN is a series about resilience and how kids overcome and master obstacles in their lives. 

    Super Citizens showcases kids around Ontario who are going above and beyond to help their community, environment or the world at large.
